Santoku is a contemporary Japanese Restaurant and Bar in Accra. The name “Santoku” comes from the words “innovation” and “experiment,”. The restaurant serves world-class Asian fusion food with a mix of traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine. Get the finest Japanese cuisine, cocktails, and spirits at Santoku Accra.
There is a private dining room that can be booked for up to 18 people. It is separated from the restaurant by sand-blasted glass screens with an intricate bamboo overlay. The chef’s custom menu can be enjoyed on a handmade table made from reclaimed wood. On a terrace outside, 50 more people can sit and enjoy Santoku’s modern take on Japanese food and drinks under the Ghanaian sunlight.
Dress code: Smart Casual (No shorts, flip-flops, sleeveless t-shirts and baseball caps)
