I was asked this question recently? Is everybody Born a leader or some people are trained to be a leader? I serve quite a lot of people in my online Telegram community, we sometimes think some people are just leaders while some are followers. We have great phenomenal books, speakers & teachers in the Leadership space, who teaches leadership Excellently. But, there is still the No.1 of all times teachers of leadership. In the good book, Mark states that “Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all.”

This remains the conclusion & summary of what Leadership means. So going back to the question? Can everyone Be a leader? The answer has been simplified by the word, SERVICE !

The Big question now is.. How are you serving? Everyone on earth has been called and ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????????? in their different capacities with their God-given abilities, gifts and strength given to them. We position for leadership, when we recognize our uniqueness and strength and deploy it to the World.
