Huawei launches battery replacement campaign from R149

Get a genuine new battery replacement from Huawei for as little as R 149. The tech giant has launched a new campaign where users get to replace their ailing batteries.

Describing the campaign as a reward for its smartphone users, Huawei says the campaign allows users to obtain a genuine battery replacement tailored to their specific device model.

Get optimal performance including longevity and a 90-day warranty.

Superior performance is one of the reasons a battery change may be necessary and the campaign hopes to maintain user performance standards for some of its devices.

Consumers can go to any Huawei Service Center for a replacement where the firm promises to handle devices with expert care.

“As almost all recent mobile phones use undetachable battery designs, which are not easy to replace, Huawei users are advised to only replace phone batteries at authorized Service Centers , where users may also get help from qualified maintenance personnel who have undergone professional training specifically for Huawei products,” the tech company said.

The newly fitted batteries come with a 90-day warranty from the date of collection.

The price will cover the price for parts, labour charges and tax.

Devices that qualify for a replacement are:
