David Alaba said he has no plans to return to Bayern Munich at a press conference ahead of Tuesday’s friendly between Germany and Austria. The defender made no secret that he is comfortable at Madrid and made it clear that he has no plans to leave.
Real Madrid announced the arrival of Alaba, who joined the Spanish side as a free agent after finishing his time at Bayern, in May 2021. And the Austrian is delighted at the La Liga club.
In fact, the defender once again showed his commitment to the team coached by Carlo Ancelotti, as he was asked about a possible return to Munich if the possibility arises at a press conference ahead of Tuesday’s friendly between Germany and Austria.
“I’m not thinking that far ahead. I feel very comfortable at Madrid, at the club and I have very clear goals. My thoughts are not anywhere else,” the Madrid player said openly.
After the friendly against the German national team, Alaba will head back to Madrid to prepare for Sunday’s La Liga game against Cadiz at the Nuevo Mirandilla stadium.
