The Nigerian striker vociferously criticised his coach for replacing him when his team were looking for a winning goal.
Although some of the French coach’s choices have already been criticised at Napoli, with the reigning Italian champions only in 7th place in the Serie A table, the atmosphere has calmed between the player and the coach.
According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Osimhen asked Garcia to forgive him for his bad attitude when he left the pitch.
The Neapolitan board still have plenty of faith in the former OM and OM coach, but they are already demanding better results from him.
