Can you remember the time you said you can’t buy a phone for GHS 3,000 because it’s too expensive? That Economy Right ?
.
Now look at the smartphone you’re using now isn’t it worth more than that?
.
Your answer is as good as mine.
.
The thing is nothing is actually expensive and the economy is not that bad. It’s just you’ve not built capacity to afford it at the moment. It’s never about the price of a product/item or services but your capacity at a giving moment in time.
.
I believe there are countless things you have today or things you have done that few years ago you thought it was impossible to afford them, but see you now, they don’t even matter much to you again.
.
So, whenever you’re presented with items, products or services that’s way beyond your capacity don’t go about screaming it’s too expensive rather start pondering within your mind how can I afford this.
.
Our minds or intuition tends to always have a way of springing out ideas solutions when we dig in and query it consciously.
.
I remember a time I went to Accra mall with my friends and during that time my wristwatch had a problem. While my friends were playing at the game arena I took a stroll to a shop in the mall and did some window shopping. The least price of wristwatches there cost around GHS 6,000. Some wristwatches cost about GHS 15,000. The ones I liked there cost between GHS 9000 to GHS 15,000.
.
These prices were way beyond my capacity at that moment but something stuck on me after leaving that shop. I pondered, so people with one head are actually buying these wristwatches at that amount, that is to say it’s possible and I can afford it too but I need to build my capacity to get to that level.
.
To set the record straight building your capacity doesn’t call for extravagant lifestyle because you need to be prudent with your finances, but, it’s essential to know what’s possible for you when you break down those limiting beliefs making you settle for mediocrity in disguise as contentment.
.
I heard a preacher man said, “If you don’t know what is possible you’ll settle with what is available”, and I agree with him wholeheartedly.
.
A whole lot of things out there you admire and wish to become or be doing is possible for you, but you need to do the inner job of building capacity intentionally, because your output in life is a function of your capacity.
.
Take for instance, all generators produces electricity but the amount of loads they can carry depends on their individual capacity. Same can be said of you and me, and it’s dependent on us to voluntarily choose to increase our individual capacity if we truly want to attain the height we have in mind.
.
Meanwhile, you should note building capacity is not an overnight thing; It takes time and requires commitment, dedication, risks, tenacity and perseverance but in all it worths it.
.
So if you really want those things you admire and desire just go and build capacity for it because they are possible for you. The Economy has never favoured everyone but those who build capacity. We at SamBoad Business Group Limited have built since 2014…
