Samuel Kwame Boadu, founder at SamBoad Business Group Limited and a Digital Marketing Consultant, in collaboration with Priority Insurance Company Limited organized a digital marketing and branding training for their insurance agents in the Western Region.
According to Priority Insurance Company Limited, the previous trainings which was recently held in the Greater Accra Region and Ashanti Region, was a huge success and quite impactful for the participants, leading to a demand for the program to be brought back in order for other leaders in the industry to participate.
In a statement made by the General Manager, Marketing and Business Development, Mr. Abubakari Salifu, he urged participants which include all insurance agents’ of Priority Insurance Company Limited nationwide to attend trainings like these that will help them increase sales and get updated on digital marketing trends.
According to Mr. Abubakari Salifu, the trainings comprised of interactive slides, discussions, exercises, group work and the ability for Sector managers and Regional Managers to interact with their insurance agents.
The Agents actively participated in the training session, asking questions and seeking clarifications on the practical application of the strategies shared by both Samuel and the regional managers. The engaging Q&A sessions allowed the agents to gain deeper insights into the intricacies of branding, customer service and digital marketing. The spirit of cooperation was evident as experienced agents shared their own success stories with the other agents.
“Strategic trainings like these provides stakeholders and our agents with the resources they need to stay competitive in the ever-changing insurance landscape. In an increasingly digital world, strong branding and effective digital marketing are essential,” Mr. Awal Mohammed Awudu remarked during his clarifications on the trainings.
In a closing address, the Western Sector Manager, Mr. Ben Quayson delivered an inspirational message, urging all agents present to approach their work with dedication and enthusiasm. His admonition served as a reminder that continuous learning and improvement are vital in the ever-evolving insurance industry.
Mr. Ernest Danquah, Head of Retail and Agency further answered questions from agents, providing additional clarity on important topics. This interactive exchange further enriched the agents’ understanding of the material presented and also insights on how management of Priority Insurance Company Limited are doing everything they can to continuously equip their agents with every vital tool to help them sell.
As the training concluded, the agents left the venue with a deeper understanding of the power of branding and digital marketing. Armed with these new skills, they were eager to put them into action in their daily activities. The event not only empowered insurance agents but also fostered a sense of community and collaboration among these stakeholders.
