FIFA has announced the finalists for The Best FIFA Women’s Player, The Best FIFA Men’s Player, and the FIFA Puskás Award.
The winners will be crowned on January 15, 2024, in London.
The finalists for The Best FIFA Women’s Player are Aitana Bonmatí, Linda Caicedo, and Jennifer Hermoso. The award recognises the outstanding performer in women’s football between August 2022 and August 2023.
The finalists for The Best FIFA Men’s Player are Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappé, and Lionel Messi. The award recognises the most outstanding performers in the men’s game from December 2022 to August 2023.
The finalists for the FIFA Puskás Award, which recognizes the best goal scored during the same period, are Julio Enciso, Guilherme Madruga, and Nuno Santos.
The winners will be determined by a combination of fan votes and expert opinions, with the results being supervised by independent observers. The full details of the voting procedure can be found on FIFA.com.
