According to Myles Munroe of blessed memories, leadership is the ability to lead others by influence. Disagree with the misconception that leaders are born. Rather kill it and take it in that leaders are made, not from different organized seminars and workshop but for taking responsibilities, setting an exemplary characters and vision.

Don’t get me wrong, leadership seminars and workshops are of course very important, but they won’t teach you vision, your skills and a touch of conduct. Leaders are made through developing characters and vision, others by responsibilities. When I mention responsibility, don’t think too far, like holding a presidential office. Things like head of security, head of the class, duty to clean the house and all, these are measures of leadership, and it takes the right character to make it done.

Your result will speak more of you as a leader. A quick character study: Nelson Mandela… What made him unique and also a historic leader was because of his determination and character, even in the midst of great trials he still whispers peace, after long time in prison he came out and still whisper peace, dogged and rugged with high quality of character and the preaching of peace till freedom was given to South Africans.

Well, most times we feel some special people are made to lead while others are made to follow but Myles Munroe says, ” I believe there is a leader in everyone waiting to serve his or her generation ” You’re a leader and the world await your manifestation in your unique ways.
