Liverpool sign Ryan Gravenberch for a reported €40m

Liverpool have finally announced Ryan Gravenberch’s arrival from Bayern Munich. The Dutch midfielder has signed a five-year contract with the Reds for a reported 40 million euros.

Ryan Gravenberch has a new team. Liverpool announced his signing through their official social media accounts the arrival of the Dutch midfielder as a new Reds player.

According to information from ‘The Athletic‘, both clubs have reached an agreement for the player for around 40 million euros. The former Bayern Munich player signed a five-year contract with Jurgen Klopp’s team.

“Netherlands international Gravenberch becomes the fourth new arrival of the summer for the Reds after undergoing a medical and finalising the deal at the AXA Training Centre today;” the Reds wrote on their website.

Separately, Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel has already commented on the player’s departure. “He wasn’t happy with his situation here as he sees the chance in Liverpool to fight for a place in a 4-3-3.

He wanted to go for a while. An offer came in, we discussed it. The outcome is clear,” said German coach Tuchel.
