Chelsea have not dropped Victor Osimhen from their radar and could look to sign him in the winter transfer window. According to ‘Calciomercato’, Chelsea are ready to do ‘crazy things’ from an economic point of view to land Victor Osimhen.

Victor Osimhen’s relationship with his current club Napoli has not been at its best recently with the striker’s controversy over the club mocking him on Tik Tok and the player threatening to sue the club.

The striker recently released a statement on social media calming the matter. “Coming to the City of Naples in 2020 was a wonderful decision for me. The People of Napoli have shown me so much love and kindness, and I will not allow anyone to come between us,” the Nigerian striker said.

After rumours of the player’s dissatisfaction with Napoli, many clubs were interested in him, one of them is Chelsea. Although Napoli and Osimhen have signed a truce, the London club have him on their radar and could prepare a bid in the winter transfer window.

According to information from ‘Calciomercato’, “Chelsea are ready to do ‘crazy things’ from an economic point of view to land Victor Osimhen.” Former Chelsea Obi Mikel has expressed hope for Victor Osimhen to join Chelsea in the next transfer window. “I hope he comes to Chelsea. I think he does slot seamlessly into the Premier League. He got the tools to be a success in England,” said the former Nigerian player.
